These are the terms and conditions of the discount for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO(s)) provided by Nord Security Inc., principal office at Americas Towers, 1177 6th Avenue, 5th FLR, New York, NY 10036, United States of America ("we", "our", "us" or "Nord") to the first purchase of the NordLayer service subscription ("Discount"; "Discount Terms"). By using this Discount, you agree to these Discount Terms. NordLayer services are governed by the NordLayer Terms of Service ("Terms"). Discount Terms shall have precedence over the Terms only in relation to the applicability of the Discount.

1. What is the Discount?

Discount is up to 60% off the pricing of annual NordLayer subscription plans, depending on the number of end-user licenses purchased:

• 5 to 29 licenses: 10% discount
• 30 to 49 licenses: 20% discount
• 50 to 99 licenses: 30% discount
• 100 to 299 licenses: 40% discount
• 300 to 499 licenses: 50% discount
• 500 or more licenses: 60% discount

Discount is valid from 15 January 2024 to indefinite time.

2. Rules of the Discount.

To qualify for the Discount, a minimum of 5 end-user licenses must be purchased in a single transaction.

THE DISCOUNT EXPIRES AT THE END OF THE INITIALLY PURCHASED SUBSCRIPTION TERM. STANDARD PRICING WILL APPLY UPON ANY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL.

3. Who is eligible to use the Discount?

To be eligible for the discount, an organization must:

• Be a Registered NGO: the organization must be an officially registered NGO in their country of operation. Eligible entities include non-profit, non-commercial organizations independent from government control and serving public benefit (e.g., charities, community groups, environmental organizations). We reserve the right to request documentation to verify NGO status. If the evidence is insufficient or unacceptable at our discretion, we may withhold the discount.
• Be a New Subscriber: have not previously purchased a subscription to NordLayer.

4. How to use the Discount?

During the Discount Period, eligible organizations shall request a demo with the NordLayer sales team through our website to purchase a subscription at the NGO-discounted rate.

5. General conditions.

Nord may revise, modify, extend, or cancel these Discount Terms and/or the Discount without any reason or liability. The most recent version will be posted on nordlayer.com/terms-and-conditions-ngo. Revised Discount Terms, if not stated otherwise, will become effective from the day they are updated.

If not explicitly provided by Nord otherwise, these Discount Terms shall have precedence over all the other marketing materials and otherwise provided information regarding the Discount.

Organizations hold the sole responsibility to ensure their own Internet access and technical systems' proper functioning to use the Discount. Nord shall not have the obligation to review eligibility in case any Organization was for any reason unable to use or request the demo or the Discount.
