These terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") govern the special introductory pricing offer ("Offer") provided by Nord Security Inc., Americas Towers, 1177 6th Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10036, United States of America ("Nord", "we", "our", "us") in connection with the NordLayer Browser product ("Browser").

By purchasing, upgrading to, or otherwise subscribing to a Browser plan during the Offer Period (as defined below), you ("Customer", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Offer Terms. The Browser services remain governed by the NordLayer Terms of Service available at https://nordlayer.com/terms-of-service/ ("ToS"). In the event of a conflict between these Offer Terms and the ToS, these Offer Terms shall prevail solely to the extent of the conflict and solely with respect to the Offer.

1. The Offer

1.1 The Offer makes the Browser available at the special prices below ("Offer Prices") from May 6, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (23:59 GMT+2) ("Offer Period"), subject to earlier termination or extension at Nord's sole discretion. The Offer is available to both new and existing business Customers.

1.2 The Offer covers two configurations:

• Browser Standalone - Browser as a standalone product; and
• Combo - NordLayer Network Access and Browser combined ("Combo Plan").

1.3 All Offer Prices are in USD, per user, per month, excluding applicable taxes.

Browser Standalone

Lite Plan

• Lite Monthly: $4.00 per user per month
• Lite Annual: $3.00 per user per month

Core Plan

• Core Monthly: $6.00 per user per month
• Core Annual: $5.00 per user per month

Premium Plan

• Premium Monthly: $8.00 per user per month
• Premium Annual: $7.00 per user per month

Combo Plan (NordLayer Network Access + Browser)

Lite Plan

• Lite Monthly: $12.00 per user per month
• Lite Annual: $9.00 per user per month

Core Plan

• Core Monthly: $17.00 per user per month
• Core Annual: $13.00 per user per month

Premium Plan

• Premium Monthly: $22.00 per user per month
• Premium Annual: $17.00 per user per month

1.4 Offer Prices may be accessed via self-checkout on the applicable NordLayer product page or through our Account Manager. The price displayed or confirmed in writing at the time of purchase prevails in the event of any discrepancy with the prices above.

1.5 Upon expiry of the Offer Period or the subscribed billing cycle, standard pricing in effect at the time of renewal will apply in accordance with the ToS. No retroactive adjustments, refunds, or credits will be issued for purchases made prior to the Offer Period.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Existing Customers adding Browser or upgrading to a Combo Plan during the Offer Period are eligible at the applicable Offer Prices. Where a current subscription cycle does not align with a standard billing cycle, proration rules under the ToS apply using the Offer Price as the basis. Existing Customers on a previously agreed Combo pricing arrangement will not be automatically migrated; any transition shall be handled through their Account Manager.

2.2 Offer Prices are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, or partner pricing unless Nord confirms otherwise in writing.

2.3 Nord reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse or rescind application of an Offer Price where eligibility conditions are not met.

3. General Conditions

3.1 Nord may revise, modify, extend, or terminate these Offer Terms and/or the Offer at any time without prior notice or liability. The most recent version will be published at https://nordlayer.com/browser/terms-and-conditions/ and becomes effective from the date of posting. In the event of any inconsistency between these Offer Terms and any other marketing material or communication, these Offer Terms prevail.

3.2 Customers are solely responsible for their own Internet access and technical infrastructure. Nord is not liable where a Customer is unable to access or use the Offer for reasons within the Customer's control.

4. Limitation of Liability

NEITHER NORD NOR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THESE OFFER TERMS OR THE OFFER, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORD'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 50 AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE ATTORNEY FEES OR COURT COSTS.

5. Disputes

5.1 The parties shall endeavour in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of these Offer Terms by direct negotiation. If unresolved after thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of England sitting in London, United Kingdom. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of England.

5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each party waives any right to bring or participate in any class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding. No arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one Customer's claims without both parties' written agreement.
